Івано-Франківський окружний адміністративний суд скасував рішення місцевої обласної ради про заборону діяльності Опозиційного блоку в області. "Опозиційний блок переміг, домігся правди. Ми вітаємо цей рішення", - сказав народний депутат від Опозиційного блоку Сергій Ларін.

«Спільними зусиллями громадськості та опозиції сьогодні вдалося відновити справедливість і скасувати незаконне рішення Івано-Франківської облради про заборону діяльності Опозиційного блоку в цьому регіоні. Суд визнав рішення облради протиправним та прийнятим з перевищенням повноважень», - сказав Сергій Ларін.

«Забороною участі опозиції у виборах влада порушує стандарти демократії. Такими діями влада позбавляє Україну можливості називатися правовою державою», - зазначив народний депутат.
