Писатели США выступили с петицией против кандидата в президенты Дональда Трампа.

Петиция размещена на литературном сайте Lithub, передает Украинская правда

Как указывают писатели, Трамп "намеренно апеллирует к наиболее низменным и жестоким элементам общества, разжигая среди свиох сторонников агрессию".

Сейчас петицию подписали почти 6500 человек.

Трамп по сути остался единственным кандидатом в президенты США от Республиканской партии. 

Президентские выборы пройдут в США 8 ноября 2016. Предварительное голосование по отбору кандидатов от Демократической и Республиканской партий проводится в формате праймериз в 36 штатах, кокусов - в 14. Окончательно имена кандидатов будут названы на партийных съездах, которые состоятся в конце лета.
