Уряд у середу прийняв рішення про передачу телеканалу БТБ від Нацбанку Міністерству інформаційної політики для створення каналу іномовлення Ukraine Tomorrow.

Про це на брифінгу заявив міністр інформаційної політики Юрій Стець,пише Українська правда

"Вчора відбулося засідання уряду, на якому нам, нарешті, передали від НБУ в управління телеканал БТБ", – заявив він.

Стець уточнив, що крім БТБ до створення іномовлення буде залучений також телеканал УТР.

Крім того, за його словами, при Мінінформполітики була створена експертна рада, до якої, з-поміж інших увійшли керівник Першого національного Зураб Аласанія, депутат Вікторія Сюмар і телеведучий Андрій Куликов.

Міністр додав, що канал буде мовити англійською, українською і російською, а також міститиме передачі на кримськотатарській мові.

Як відомо, канал БТБ був створений колишнім главою Нацбанку Сергієм Арбузовим. Нинішній керівник відомства Валерія Гонтарева раніше заявляла про намір позбутися каналу.
