Міністр інформаційної політики Юрій Стець заявив, що йому приємно, коли його називають "Мінстець".

Виступаючи на засіданні Кабміну, міністр наприкінці своєї доповіді пояснив своє ставлення до поширеної в народі та в ЗМІ назви його відомства, повідомляє Українська правда

"Мене часто запитують, як я ставлюсь до того, що нас називають Мінстець. Було дві загрози: одна називалась Мінцензури, інша – Мінкорупції. В міністерстві інформаційної політики немає автомобілів, немає водіїв, немає секретарок. Ми не стали міністерством корупції", - заявив Стець.

Він також висловив переконання, що в Україні немає жодного журналіста, який би сказав, що його відомство зробило хоча б півкроку в бік наступу на свободу слово.

"Мені приємно, що так відбувається зараз. І я позитивно ставлюсь до того, що я Мінстець", - сказав він.
