Двоє агентів ФСБ опинилися у списку з чотирьох осіб, обвинувачених в масштабному зламі баз даних Yahoo в 2014 році, що вплинуло, принаймні, на 500 млн акаунтів.

Про це пише Daily Mail.

"Ціллю хакерів тоді стали облікові записи, також дані електронних поштових скриньок російських і американських чиновників, російські журналістів, і працівників фінансових служб та інших", – йдеться у повідомленні міністерства юстиції США, що виступило з офіційними звинуваченнями у справі.

За словами Мері Маккорд, виконуючої обов'язки помічника Генерального прокурора з національної безпеки, співробітники російської ФСБ: Дмитро Олександрович Докучаєв віком 33 роки, а також Ігор Анатолійович Сущин, віком 43 роки, причетні до злочину.

Двоє інших підозрюваних – це хакери Олексій Олексійович Бєлан віком 29 років і також Карім Баратов – 22-річний громадянин Канади казахського походження.

Баратов був узятий під варту в Канаді, а Бєлан входить до списку найбільш розшукуваних ФБР кіберзлочинців.

За словами Маккорд агенти російських спецслужб "захищали, скеровували і платили" Бєлану і Баратову за участь в операції.

"Злочинна поведінка офіцерів з підрозділу ФСБ, що відповідає за співпрацю з ФБР з питань кіберзлочинності, виходить за рамки пристойності", – наголосила вона.
