Cправу за позовом Мін'юсту та Укрдержреєстру щодо заборони КПУ знято з розгляду.

Про це повідомили у прес-службі Мін'юсту.

"Справу за позовом Міністерства юстиції України до політичної партії "Комуністична партія України" (про заборону діяльності політичної партії), розгляд якої планувався 30 березня 2015 року, у понеділок, о 10.30 в Київському окружному адміністративному суді (м. Київ, бульвар Лесі Українки, 26), знято з розгляду", - сказано у повідомленні.

Раніше повідомлялося, що 30 березня Окружний адміністративний суд міста Києва продовжить розгляд позову про заборону КПУ.
