Співзасновник компанії Mossack Fonseca Рамон Фонсека вважає злочином публікацію документів, що компрометують десятки відомих осіб в усьому світі, включно із главами держав.

Про це Фонсека заявив агентству AFP, передает Еспресо.

"Це кримінальний злочин. Це напад на Панаму, тому що деяким країнам не подобається, що ми настільки конкурентноздатні в залученні компаній", – каже Фонсека.

Він також наголосив, що Mossack Fonseca не несе відповідальності за дії компаній, які вона заснувала, а також не брала участі в жодних протизаконних операціях.
