Заступником міністра культури призначено Ростислава Карандєєва, повідомляється у розпорядженні Кабінету міністрів від 21 січня,повідомляють Наші гроші

Ростислав Володимирович Карандєєв знаходиться на держслужбі з 90-х років. У 1996 р очолив прес-службу Київської міськдержадміністрації, очолював партію «Молода Україна», був депутатом Київради. З 2008 по 2010 рік працював заступником міністра у справах сім’ї, молоді та спорту.

У 2009 році Карандєєв виступив співзасновником політичної партії «Нова Україна» разом з власником торгової мережі «Фуршет» Ігорем Баленко.

У 2010 році цю партію перейменували у «УДАР (Український Демократичний Альянс за Реформи) Віталія Кличка» і вона була використана для участі у виборах нинішнього очільника КМДА.

Карандєєв і Баленко досі залишаються власниками юридичної особи «УДАРу». А Баленко на минулорічних виборах отримав мандат депутата Київради і входить у фракцію «УДАР-Солідарність».

При цьому лідер «УДАРу» Віталій Кличко не є керівником вказаної юрособи. Її очолює депутат з фракції «УДАР-Солідарність» Віктор Металович Дворніков, колишній працівник податкової інспекції Києва.
