Государственная дума РФ приняла 24 июня пакет антитеррористических законов, разработанных депутатом Ириной Яровой и сенатором Виктором Озеровым, пишет Апостроф.

Принятые поправки, в частности, устанавливают наказание в виде пожизненного заключения за международный терроризм, снижают возрастной порог за террористические преступления до 14 лет, а также вводят в Уголовный кодекс статью, предусматривающую наказание за несообщение о готовящемся теракте.

Также закон обяжет операторов связи хранить в течение трех лет данные о фактах получения и передачи звонков, сообщений и файлов пользователями и хранить содержание переписки шесть месяцев.

Изначально парламентарии предлагали лишать российского гражданства тех осужденных за террористические и экстремистские преступления, которые имеют два паспорта. В результате все нормы о лишении гражданства были исключены из закона.

Также итоговая версия не содержит положений об ограничении выезда из РФ для тех, кому вынесено предостережение ФСБ о вероятной причастности к террористической и экстремистской деятельности.

В сети принятие данного пакета законов вызвало бурную реакцию.
