В пятницу пять политических партий левого толка, в том числе Компартия и Прогрессивная социалистическая партия, 13 общественных организаций и шесть физлиц создали движение "Левая оппозиция",сообщает LB.ua.

Как сообщает сайт Витренко, его возглавляют лидер коммунистов Петр Симоненко, лидер прогрессивных социалистов Наталия Витренко, академик Валерий Солдатенко, когда-то возглавлявший Институт национальной памяти и прославившийся отрицанием Голодомора как геноцида, рекордсмен мира по легкой атлетике Рудольф Поварницын (первым в мире взял 2,40 в прыжках в высоту) и академик-коммунист Георгий Крючко.

Напомним, что Компартия Украины в скором времени может быть запрещена, соответствующий иск Минюста находится на рассмотрении в судах.

Согласно последним социологическим опросам, рейтинг поддержки коммунистов - меньше одного процента.
