"За результатами податкової перевірки проти мене порушено кримінальну справу за несплату податків, що дуже цікаво, тому що, наскільки я знаю, ми найбільші платники податків в нашому районі", - сказав журналіст.
Шустер також повідомив, що отримав повістку, якою його викликають в податкову інспекцію.
"Мене викликають до слідчого управління фінансових розслідувань податкової інспекції у цій кримінальній справі. У повістці, щоправда, не вказано, в якості кого мене викликають", - зазначив Шустер.
У Генеральній прокуратурі України заперечили інформацію про відкриття проти журналіста Савіка Шустера кримінальної справи
Про це заявив помічник генпрокурора Владислав Куценко в ефірі телеканалу NewsOne.
"Я авторитетно заявляю, що наразі жодних кримінальних справ проти особи Савіка Шустера немає", - заявив Куценко.
Разом з тим, він підтвердив відкриття "фактового" кримінального провадження органами Державною фіскальною службою.
"Аж ніяк Генпрокуратура чи інші прокуратури не мали до цього відношення. Дійно пройшла інформація про виявлення деяких порушень закону. Вони (ДФС, - ред.) відкрили кримінальне провадження фактове, тобто безвідносно будь-якої особи. І вони вже почали викликати на допити журналістів чи представників інших компаній", - розповів прокурор.
При цьому він зазначив, що коли справа дійде до органів прокуратури, вони зроблять свої висновки.
