На сайте госреестра официально будут зарабатывать на коммерческой рекламе
Как передают «Комментарии» об этом сообщается в официальном ответе на запрос общественного активиста, юриста и адвоката Клима Братковского.
«Для меня сделали исключение, чтобы сообщить, что на сайте госреестра ЭГР http://irc.gov.ua/ua/Poshuk-v-YeDR.html официально будут зарабатывать на коммерческой рекламе», - написал Братковский на своей странице в Facebook.
А ответе на его запрос, сообщается, что предприятие «Информационно-ресурсный центр» и впредь собирается зарабатывать на коммерческой рекламе, потому что оно является государственным коммерческим предприятием и субъектом предпринимательской деятельности. В уставе предприятия указано, что оно создано с целью получения прибыли, а правила домена gov.ua не запрещают размещать рекламу.
