Саша Боровик подав у відставку з посади заступника голови Одеської обласної державної адміністрації.

Про це він написав на своїй сторінці в Facebook.

Він пояснив таке рішення тим, що 1 травня набув чинності закон про державну службу, котрий забороняє державному службовцю мати будь-яке громадянство, крім українського.

Боровик, як відомо, має громадянство Німеччини.

При цьому Боровик залишається депутатом Одеської міської ради і радником губернатора Саакашвілі.

У квітні Боровик заявляв, що має намір піти у відставку, оскільки не відчуває підтримки з боку президента.
