Samsung розробляє власний новинний додаток, що називатиметься UPDAY.

Samsung заявила, що випустить власний новинний додаток, який буде доступний для користувачів лінійки Galaxy. Додаток отримав назву UPDAY. Компанія вже почала співпрацювати з видавництвом Axel Springer, яке допоможе їй запустити додаток, пише Media Sapiens

Обидві корпорації обіцяють незабаром випустити бета-версію програми, оскільки її повна версія буде випущена тільки в наступному році. За твердженням розробників, UPDAY буде надавати користувачеві різноманітний новинний контент. 

Новини будуть відображатись у двох основних категоріях: Need to Know – збірка інформації, підготовленої локальною командою новинарів, і Want to Know – підбірка новин, заснована на перевагах користувача.

Бета-версія програми буде випущена на наступному тижні.
