Генпрокурор Юрій Луценко заявив, що з України можуть видворити 20 громадян Грузії, які були оформлені як "діячі культури" і працювали з екс-головою Одеської ОДА Міхеілом Саакашвілі.
 

Про це він повідомив 24 жовтня, передає Еспресо.TV.

Луценко розповів, що Саакашвілі спирається на вузьке коло екстремістів грузинського і українського походження. Зокрема, генпрокурор наголошує, що той намагався легалізувати в Україні грузинів, очолюючи Одеську ОДА.

"Саакашвілі змусив підписати ці документи (дозволи на постійне проживання, - ред.) своїх підлеглих. В цьому поданні комунальний заклад "Одеський обласний навчально-методичний центр закладів культури та мистецтва" звертається в Державну міграційну службу області з приводу оформлення посвідчень на тимчасове проживання іноземцям, які прибули в Україну з метою здійснення культурної діяльності", - розповів Луценко.

За словами генпрокурора, це, зокрема, йдеться про подання на Джангіра Амірова, Зураба Цинцадзе та Георгія Рубашвілі.

"Всього таких посвідчень було видано 20 грузинам, які повинні були займатися культурною діяльністю в Україні. Але частина з них виконувала господарсько-адміністративні функції поруч з Саакашвілі", - наголосив Луценко.

За його словами, інші особи були влаштовані на "специфічні посади" в Одеській митниці, причому багато хто з них користувалися службовим транспортом ОДА, за який не платив.
