На посаді голови Одеської облдержадміністрації Міхеїл Саакашвілі не виконав більшу частину своїх обіцянок, а саме 3/4.

Це з’ясували експерти Комітету виборців України, проаналізувавши заяви екс-губернатора, мовиться на сайті КВУ.

Голова КВУ Олексій Кошель пояснив, що такий результат, можливо, пов'язаний з некомпетентністю Саакашвілі в українському законодавстві.

Найбільша проблема Саакашвілі в тому, що він з самого початку перебування на посаді голови обласної адміністрації обіцяв багато речей, які взагалі не входять до його повноважень,
– сказав Кошель.

Відтак, у дослідженні наводяться 9 нереалізованих обіцянок Саакашвілі.
