Роскомнагляд видалив зі свого реєстру забороненої інформації п'ять посилань інтернет-енциклопедії Lurkmore.

Такі дії відомство мотивувало тим фактом, що ресурс самостійно обмежив доступ до сторінок із забороненим вмістом на території Росії. Ні однієї статті на вимогу Роскомнадзора не видалено,пише ТСН

Роскомнагляд також почав повідомляти операторів зв'язку про виключення ресурсу з реєстру. Ця процедура відбувається поступово, і повідомлення різних операторів зв'язку відбувається з різним часовим інтервалом.

Раніше Роскомнагляд оголосив, що буде блокувати сторінки "Луркоморье" із забороненим вмістом: чотири сторінки про синтетичні наркотики і курильні суміші і одну про педофілію. Відомство попередило, що занесення в чорний список цих сторінок може призвести до повного блокування ресурсу з боку деяких операторів. Lurkmore вже включали в реєстр заборонених сайтів.

В грудні 2014 року регулятор вніс у чорний список п'ять веб-сторінок, які були присвячені наркотикам. Lurkmore самостійно видалив їх, після чого відомство виключило ресурс з реєстру. У листопаді 2012 року сайт виявився у переліку через статті "Дудка" і "Коноплі". А "Способи вживання" Держнаркоконтроль кваліфікував як пропаганду наркотиків.

Після того як статті були заблоковані для російських користувачів, Роскомнагляд прибрав з реєстру IP-адреса Lurkmore. Lurkmore називає себе енциклопедією сучасної культури, фольклору і субкультур. Статті ресурсу формуються користувачами і являють собою опис популярних в інтернеті термінів і персонажів. Сайт працює з 2007 року.
