На засіданні Міжнародного суду ООН у Гаазі, який розглядає позов України проти Росії, відсутні російські журналісти, передає кореспондент ТСН.

При цьому процес зацікавив велику кількість представників преси з різних країн. Безпосередньо до судової зали журналістів не пускають, проте процес відкритий, і його можна дивитись онлайн.

Слухання триватимуть 4 дні, 6 та 8 березня на слуханнях виступатиме українська сторона, а 7 та 9 - російська. Перед засіданням жодна з делегацій – ані українська, ані російська коментарів не давала.

Україна звинувачує Росію у порушенні конвенцій ООН - з протидії фінансуванню тероризму та з ліквідації усіх форм расової дискримінації. Раніше цей суд визнав анексію Криму міжнародним збройним конфліктом. Саме після цього Росія відмовилася від участі у Римському статуті міжнародного кримінального суду.
