Кандидат у Державну думу Росії від опозиційної «Партії народної свободи» (ПАРНАС) В’ячеслав Мальцев на передвиборчих теледебатах на каналі «Росія-1» у прямому ефірі назвав головною метою своєї політичної сили імпічмент президента Росії Володимира Путіна, пише Радіо Свобода
«Тому кожен голос за ПАРНАС – це голос проти Путіна», – сказав Мальцев 22 серпня.
У дебатах на каналі «Росії-1» брали участь також представники «Справедливої Росії», «Партії зростання» «Громадянської платформи», партії «Патріоти Росії» і «Яблуко». Це перші теледебати кандидатів до Держдуми Росії, вибори у яку призначені на 18 вересня.
Раніше у ПАРНАС заявляли, що, якщо партія пройде у нижню палату російського парламенту, її члени запропонують Володимиру Путіну добровільно піти у відставку, а у разі відмови поставлять питання про імпічмент президента. В’ячеслав Мальцев відзначав, що ПАРНАС також має намір домагатися скасування «безлічі антиконституційних законів», ухвалених Держдумою упродовж останніх років.
