Посольство Росії в Латвії направило ноту в МЗС країни  у зв'язку з встановленням в центрі міста інсталяції у вигляді розп'ятого президента РФ Володимира Путіна. Про це відомство повідомляє на своїй сторінці у Facebook.

"Даний факт не може викликати нічого, крім крайнього обурення і відрази. Вважаємо неприпустимим появу подібного роду провокаційних "художеств" в столиці країни, головуючої в Раді ЄС", - говориться в заяві посольства.

"Посольство направило відповідну ноту Міністерству закордонних справ Латвійської Республіки. Очікуємо реакції офіційної Риги на цей кричущий випадок", - наголошує відомство.

Нагадаємо, раніше повідомлялося, що в Ризі у дворі будівлі колишнього КДБ з'явилася статуя розп'ятого на хресті президента РФ Володимира Путіна.
