Самовыдвиженка, бывший кандидат на должность мэра Кривого Рога Инна Иванченко подала иск в Днепропетровский окружной административный суд о признании результатов выборов мэра  27 марта недействительными. Об этом сообщил криворожский правозащитник, который готовил её исковое заявление Валерий Романов в эфире Радио Свобода.

По его словам, в суде будут оспаривать два постановления Криворожской городской избирательной комиссии - об установлении результатов выборов и о регистрации Юрия Вилкула городским головой Кривого Рога.

Романов уже подал иск в электронном виде и надеется, после того, как его примут, предоставить ещё и приложения с перечнем всех фактов нарушений. Их правозащитник подготовил уже около 60. Среди них как нарушения во время избирательной кампании мэра, так и в день голосования непосредственно. 

"Во-первых, мы считаем, что в городе подогревались настроения межнациональной розни, недоверия, - чего стоят слоганы, которые использовались в пользу Вилкула - «Если мэра не выберем мы, власть захватят они» с фотографиями людей, бросают камни. Во-вторых, немало вопросов вызывает социальная акция по выплате 500 гривен малообеспеченным семьям.
