Американський кінорежисер, сценарист та продюсер Мартін Скорсезе анонсував онлайн-курси зі створення кіно на платформі MasterClass.
 

Програма буде складатися з 20 відео, повідомляє Media Sapiens із посиланням на  Variety. Також студенти зможуть завантажити навчальний посібник й додаткові матеріали. Окрім того, кожен студент зможе записати на відео свої питання до режисера, а той, в свою чергу, відповість на обрані з них. Вартість програми - $90. Попередній прийом заявок на курс вже відкритий.

Скорсезе пообіцяв деконструювати свої фільми і розповісти про свій підхід до кіновиробництва, включаючи уроки сторітелінгу, монтажу та роботи з акторами. «Я у захваті від цього проекту, тому що він дає мені шанс передати мої власні натхнення, досвід, практики», - розповів режисер. Він також додав, що його курс не є жорстким посібником про те, як створювати кіно, а скоріше довідником для молодих людей, які шукають свій власний шлях.

Раніше студія Pixar виклала онлайн безкоштовний курс зі сторітеллінгу. Це вже третій курс, який запускає Pixar для поціновувачів кіновиробництва: раніше студія презентувала курси зі створення персонажів та принципів анімації. Усі курси є частиною ініціативи «Pixar in a Box», яку студія започаткувала в 2015 році.

Також колишній професор Стенфорда і нинішній інженер Google Марк Левой виклав у мережу повні навчальні матеріали для курсу з фотографії, який він викладав 5 разів в Стенфорді і один раз в Google.
