После просмотра рекламы в Facebook пользователи совершают покупки гораздо чаще, чем после посещения Snapchat, Instagram и Twitter

К такому выводу пришли специалисты американской исследовательской компании CivicScience, занимающейся изучением потребительских инсайтов. Как сообщается в отчете исследования, в ходе которого было опрошено более 1900 потребителей США, 16% из них совершили покупку благодаря рекламе Facebook, в то время как после просмотра рекламы в Snapchat приобрели товар только 1% респондентов.

Второй по степени влияния на продажи канал, следующий за Facebook со значительным отрывом - Instagram, после рекламы на котором совершили покупку 4% пользователей. Продвижение в Twitter и Snapchat согласно результатам опроса на продажи практически не влияет, побудив приобрести рекламируемый там товар всего 2% и 1% опрошенных соответственно.

Как уточняет Econsultancy, в целом 45% респондентов заявили, что они никогда ничего не покупали на основе рекламы, увиденной на сайтах социальных сетей, а более трети сказали, что они не пользуются соцмедиа.

Таким образом, несмотря на развитие других соцсетей в качестве рекламных платформ Facebook не просто остается лидером, но находится в принципиально другой весовой категории по сравнению с другими соцмедиа.
