Верховная Рада Украины планирует установить административный штраф за нарушение правил использования государственного флага. Законопроект №3334 за основу в первом чтении поддержали 228 нардепов, передает РБК-Украина.
Документом предлагается установить, что государственный флаг состоит из двух равных частей: верхний - синего цвета, нижний - желтого цвета. Предполагается, что в случае его установления или поднятия одновременно с флагами иностранных государств, он размещается слева или в центре. Если украинский флаг располагается слева от флагов иностранных государств, то следующие за ним флаги располагаются в алфавитном порядке, согласно украинским названиям государств, начиная от украинского флага.
Кроме того, запрещается использование изображения украинского флага или его имитация в рекламе.
