Верховная Рада не смогла принять постановление, запрещающее проверки СМИ в преддверии местных выборов.

На заседании парламента в пятницу не хватило голосов народных депутатов для принятия постановления, которое рекомендует ГФС и Нацсовету по телерадио отменить графики проверки СМИ в предвыборный период накануне местных выборов в 2015 году, а также рекомендацию Кабмина предпринять меры, чтобы соответствующие органы также не проводили проверки масс-медиа, пишет LB.ua

"Это первый состав парламента, который не запрещает проверки СМИ во время избирательной кампании. Позор и стыд. Даже во времена диктатуры Януковича такое постановление принимали, потому что хотели понравиться прессе", - написала в своем фейсбуке нардеп Ольга Червакова.

Впрочем, спикер Владимир Гройсман заявил, что отправит официальное письмо в проверяющие органы с просьбой не проводить проверки, а министр информационной политики Юрий Стець заявил, что на ближайшем заседании правительства будет внесено соответствующее постановление.

Напомним, местные выборы пройдут 25 октября.
