В то время, как разные социологические группы и агентства подают одну картину электоральных симпатий украинцев, реальные результаты выборов говорят о совсем противоположном видении украинцев, по крайней мере, если судить по выборам в ОТГ, которые уже проходят второй год подряд, с периодичностью – два раза в год. За все это время пятерка лидеров не поменялась. На первом месте БПП, затем идет «Батькивщина», замыкают почетную тройку две партии «Наш край» и Аграрная партия Украины, пятой партией, которая пользуется популярностью есть Радикальная партия Ляшко.

Политологи предполагают, что именно эти выше упомянутые пять партий имеют самые большие шансы пройти в новый парламент, который украинцы будут выбирать в 2019 году. Отсюда возникает вопрос, на кого собираются опираться в будущем парламенте потенциальные кандидаты в президенты, по результатам опроса «Рейтинга», в случае победы? К примеру, Анатолий Гриценко, Святослав Вакарчук или же Владимир Зеленский, партия «Слуга народа» к сожалению ни разу так и не попыталась принять участие в выборах в ОТГ.

По мнению политолога Вадима Карасева, стабильность этой пятерки подтверждает, что именно они имеют разветвленную по всей стране структуру, а, значит за несколько дней могут подготовиться к любым выборам. Также политолог подчеркнул, что постоянный успех на выборах пятерки лидеров ОТГ в различных регионах демонстрирует также их поддержку «средненациональным» избирателем, а не только локальным.
