Традиційні українські націоналісти не вважали Крим українським, наголосив президент РФ.

Російський президент Володимир Путін назвав політика Віктора Медведчука націоналістом. Про це він сказав під час своєї традиційної прямої лінії.

Медведчука він згадав після питання, заданого з Києва, про те, "чому Росія кинула Україну".

Путін відповів, що високо цінує цю позицію, але не хоче нашкодити і не втручається у внутрішню політику України.

Ведуча уточнила про Віктора Медведчука, який допомагав з обміном полоненими.

Путін розповів, що познайомилися вони, коли той працював керівником адміністрації президента Леоніда Кучми. При цьому Путін вважає його українським націоналістом.

"Його батько був членом ОУН і був засуджений радянським судом", - сказав Путін.

Далі російський лідер детально розповів про погляди "свого хорошого знайомого" і наголосив, що традиційні українські націоналісти, до яких той належить, завжди виступали за федералізацію України.

"І до речі Крим вони вважали не українським", - зауважив Путін.
