Інтернет-провайдери, які не виконають рішення РНБО про заборону в Україні низки російських соціальних мереж і веб-сервісів, будуть притягнуті до адміністративної відповідальності та накладення штрафу.

Про це повідомляється на сайті Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сфері зв’язку та інформатизації.

Порушники рішення РНБО, яке набуло чинності указом президента, заплатять від ста до двохсот неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян.

"Порушення умов і правил, що регламентують діяльність у сфері телекомунікацій та користування радіочастотним ресурсом України, передбачену ліцензіями, дозволами − тягне за собою накладення штрафу на посадових осіб підприємств і організацій усіх форм власності у розмірі від ста до двохсот неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян", – зазначили в Нацкомісії.

Порушення, вчинені повторно впродовж року після накладення адміністративного стягнення тягнуть за собою накладення штрафу від двохсот до трьохсот неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян.

Як відомо, 16 травня президент Петро Порошенко підписав указ, яким ввів в дію рішення РНБО про оновлення списку санкцій проти низки російських компаній, серед яких "Аерофлот", соцмережі "Вконтакте" і "Одноклассники", компанія "Яндекс" тощо.
