Прокуратура Автономної Республіки Крим при Генпрокуратурі України порушила справу проти посадових осіб компаній Coca-Cola і Pepsi за зображення Криму частиною Росії в рекламній кампанії. Про це повідомив нардеп від "Народного фронту" Георгій Логвинський у своєму "Фейсбуці"

"Посадові особи "Кока-Кола" і "Пепсі" таки можуть сісти у в'язницю. Прокуратура АР Крим розпочала кримінальне провадження за ч. 1 ст. 364-1 Кримінального кодексу України. Сьогодні отримав офіційну відповідь прокуратури Автономної Республіки Крим про те, що 11.01.2016 року розпочато кримінальне провадження за ознаками злочину, передбаченого ч. 1 ст. 364-1 КК України (зловживання повноваженнями, - ред.). Щодо злочинів, передбачених статтями 110 та 229 КК України триває перевірка", - поінформував Логвинський.
