По информации источника «Главкома» в Администрации Президента, на Банковой активно прорабатывается вариант с назначением на пост премьера «настоящего» варяга. В частности, новым главой украинского правительства может стать бывший премьер и экс-глава МИДа Швеции Карл Бильдт, который плотно занимался украинской тематикой, но сейчас сидит без работы.

Аргументы Банковой в пользу этой кандидатуры следующие.

Во-первых, это решение проблемы Яценюка, который грозится в случае своей отставки увести «Народный фронт» из коалиции. Если в качестве преемника Арсения Петровича будет рассматриваться фигура известного европейца с широкими связями, который сможет на равных договариваться с международными донорами Украины, такая неконструктивная позиция «фронтовиков» становится слабой и эгоистичной.

Во-вторых, у Порошенко могут всерьез рассчитывать сделать Бильдта ширмой. Игорь Кононенко уже озвучил кадровые пожелания от президентской силы в новом Кабмине, а такие люди как Виталий Ковальчук и Павел Рябикин, которым могут поручить вводить шведа «в курс дел», быстро отведут ему роль английской королевы с представительскими функциями. Вникать в мудреные механизмы принятия решений в Украине иностранец будет долго, а Порошенко все это время фактически будет контролировать правительство.

В-третьих, Запад таким образом становится непосредственным соучастником развития украинского проекта и получает свою долю ответственности за наличие–отсутствие реформ.

Наконец, Бильдт не несет угрозы для политических перспектив ревностно относящегося к потенциальным конкурентам Порошенко.
