Португальская газета Correio da Manhã потребовала извинений от форварда национальной сборной Криштиану Роналду и Федерации футбола страны за испорченный микрофон одного из своих журналистов. Об этом сообщает AS.

«Это очень серьезный проступок, который дискредитирует всю страну. Мы считаем, что заслуживаем от Роналду и федерации как минимум официальных извинений. Роналду — капитан сборной и должен служить для всех примером, а не наоборот», — заявил директор по связям с общественностью Correio da Manhã Карлуш Родригеш.

В среду, 22 июня, корреспондент издания подошел к нападающему «Реала» на базе команды во Франции и спросил, готов ли тот к игре Евро-2016 с Венгрией. После этого Роналдувырвал у него из рук микрофон и выбросил его в озеро.

Заключительная встреча группового этапа Португалия — Венгрия состоялась 22 июня и завершилась вничью — 3:3. Роналду отметился дублем и вывел свою команду в плей-офф. В 1/8 финала португальцы сыграют с Хорватией.
