У Верховній Раді зареєстровано постанову про надання згоди ВР на призначення президентом Юрія Луценка на посаду Генерального прокурора.

Про це йдеться на сайті Верховної ради.

Згідно з сайтом, проект вже одержано ВР, передано на розгляд керівництву, передано в тираж та направлено на розгляд комітету.

 
 
 

Як відомо, президент підписав закон, що відкриває Луценку дорогу на призначення головою ГПУ, лише півтори години тому.

За дві години до підписання Верховна Рада ухвалила зміни, які дозволять кандидату на посаду генерального прокурора не мати юридичної освіти, а також унормовують реформу Генпрокуратури.
