Социальная сеть Facebook позволит пользователям самим выбирать, чьи посты они хотят видеть в своей ленте в первую очередь.

Эта опция станет доступна 9 июля после выхода новой версии приложения для iOS, на Android и в вебе она появится в ближайшие недели, сообщает Meduza.

Выбрать нужных пользователей и страницы можно будет в News Feed Preferences (этот раздел находится по кнопке More в нижнем правом углу). Избранные посты будут показаны сверху ленты, их специально пометят звездочкам.

Facebook не показывает публикации друзей в хронологическом порядке, за что подвергалась критике со стороны пользователей, которые не понимают, как формируется их лента. В апреле 2015 года Facebook сообщил, что изменил алгоритм таким образом, что в приоритете будут близкие друзья.
