Лідерку ультраправої партії “Національний фронт” Марін Ле Пен звинувачують у розповсюдженні фотографій жорстокого характеру у соціальних мережах.

Справу проти чиновниці відкрили у четвер 1 березня, одразу після того, як члени національних зборів проголосували за позбавлення Ле Пен депутатського імунітету. 

Марін Ле Пен, яка програла Емануелю Макрону у минулорічних президентських виборах у Франції, звинувачують у розповсюдженні насильницьких повідомленнь, які "підбурюють тероризм чи порнографію, або серйозно шкодять людській гідності". За законом за здійснення подібного злочину покарання може становити до трьох років позбавлення волі та штраф у розмірі 75 тисяч євро.

У 2015 році після теракту у Парижі Ле Пен розмістила на своїй сторінці у Twitter 3 фото із зображенням жахливих дій ІД. На одній з них було тіло американського журналіста Джеймса Фолі, якого обезголовили терористи ІД. На інших фото були особа, на яку наїхав танк, та чоловік, який згорів у клітці.

"Оце є ІД", - підписала фото Ле Пен у відповідь журналісту, що у ефірі порівняв ультраправу партію з терористами.
