18 января 2020 при процессуальном руководстве прокуратуры Луганской области в рамках уголовного производства относительно подкупа избирателей во время проведения выборов народных депутатов Украины летом 2019 следователи полиции провели 23 обыска.

Об этом сообщает Цензор.НЕТ со ссылкой на пресс-службу Офиса Генпрокурора.

Следственные действия прошли у лиц, которые, вероятно, участвовали в распространении и передаче денежных средств избирателям за голосование за одного из кандидатов в народные депутаты.

По данным следствия, в то время существовала разветвленная преступная схема подкупа избирателей. Вероятно, что лица приближенные к одному из кандидатов в народные депутаты как региональные представители благотворительной организации передавали денежные средства распространителям. Считается, что распространители непосредственно осуществляли подкуп избирателей, передавая им деньги в размере около 100 грн за голосование в пользу одного из кандидатов в народные депутаты.

Во время проведения обысков найдены и изъяты черновые записи, списки лиц, причастных к преступной схемы, агитационная литература и компьютерная техника.

Сейчас в уголовном производстве назначено проведение экспертиз. Дается оценка действиям указанных лиц и решается вопрос о наличии признаков организованной преступной группы.
