Активісти викинули Віктора Пилипишина у смітник та облили червоною фарбою.Про активісти повідомили в групі "Варта Києва" у Фейсбук: 

Корупціонер-фальсифікатор Віктор Пилипишин, який голосував за диктаторські закони 16 січня, сьогодні спробував спокійно зареєструватися в кандидати в депутати, ніби Революції в країні й не було. Але обурена громадськість дала йому зрозуміти, що місце його на смітнику історії та облила його червоною фарбою, щоб пам'ятав що його голосування в Верховній Раді спричинили смерті невинних.

Ще є можливість не допустити цього покидька до реєстрації - закликаємо всіх небайдужих прийти під ЦВК прямо зараз - залишилося протриматися до 24:00."
