Нардеп Світлана Заліщук продемонструвала фото, на якому нардепи Максим Поляков та Павло Пинзеник спілкуються за столиком у одному з закладів громадського харчування. Як повідомила депутатка ТСН, фото їй надіслали очевидці та стверджують, що зустріч відбулася у п'ятницю, 7 липня, ввечері.

"І як вони збираються знімати недоторканність одне з одного? Це питання від анонімного дописувача, який прислав фото п'ятничного обіду в. о. керівника регламентного комітету і одного з фігурантів розслідування НАБУ Полякова в Арені. Разом з недоторканністю в Раді працює ще один інститут, не регламентований Конституцією, - кругова порука. Її змінами до Основного Закону не скасуєш", - написала у себе на фейсбук Світлана Заліщук

Напередодні, 6 липня, регламентний комітет Верховної Ради, очолюваний Пинзеником, розкритикував подання ГПУ про зняття недоторканності з Максима Полякова. Начебто у документі було замало аргументованим. Втім, рішення, чи передавати подання на голосування, залишили за спікером ВР Андрієм Парубієм.

А у п'ятницю, коли за твердженням Заліщук було зроблене фото, комітет розглядав подання на зняття недоторканності з Борислава Розенблата – вони з Поляковим фігурують в одному й тому з провадженні ГПУ. За версією слідства, ці двоє вимагали хабарі. За гроші хотіли протягнути в парламенті поправки, як дозволять легально видобувати бурштин одній арабській компанії. Спецагентка Катерина Сивокінь, яка за легендою представляла інтереси фірми, давала їм за це гроші.
