На Бориспільщині викрито на хабарі посадовців сільської ради, передає прес-служба прокуратури Київської області.

За її інформацією Бориспільською місцевою прокуратурою спільно зі спецпідрозділом ГУ СБУ у м. Києві та Київській області та працівниками поліції задокументовано факт отримання головою та землевпорядником однієї з сільських рад Бориспільського району першої частини неправомірної вигоди від підприємця у сумі 400 доларів США та 3000 гривень, пише Главком

Вказані грошові кошти посадовці одержали за сприяння у прийнятті рішення про надання дозволу нарозробку документації комплексу будівель під СТО, а також подальшого укладення договору оренди земельної ділянки.

Загалом, службовці мали умисел на отримання неправомірної вигоди від підприємця на суму понад 100 тисяч гривень.
