У вівторок, 28 червня, Верховна Рада проведе засідання з нагоди святкування в Україні Дня Конституції.

Як повідомляє офіційний сайт українського парламенту, урочисте засідання почнеться о 12:00 після покладання квітів до пам'ятника Пилипа Орлика, який неофіційно є автором першої Конституції в історії України.

Участь у засіданні парламенту, окрім представників духовенства та молоді, приймуть президент України Петро Порошенко, перший президент Леонід Кравчук, а також народні депутати першого та другого скликання ВР.

У вівторок, 28 червня Україна святкуватиме День конституції. Українці на День Конституції в 2016 році відпочивають чотири дні поспіль: усі дні з 25 по 28 червня включно оголошені вихідними.
