Менее половины респондентов в США уверены, что избранный президент страны Дональд Трамп сможет эффективно справляться с рядом обязанностей главы государства. Об этом свидетельствуют результаты социологического опроса, проведенного американским институтом общественного мнения Gallup, сообщает DW.com

Так, лишь 46 процентов участников опроса считают, что Трамп обладает качествами, необходимыми для урегулирования международных кризисов. Около 44 процентов респондентов убеждены, что он не сможет предотвратить крупные скандалы в рядах своей администрации. В "разумное использование (им) военной силы" верят лишь 47 процентов опрошенных. В сравнении с предшественниками Дональда Трампа на этом посту - Бараком Обамой, Джорджем Бушем и Биллом Клинтоном - у республиканца самые низкие показатели.

Лишь чуть больше половины американцев - 55 процентов - считают, что он сможет успешно защищать интересы США за рубежом. Наименьшие сомнения вызывают способности Трампа эффективно работать с Конгрессом США и решать экономические задачи: 60 и 59 процентов опрошенных уверены, что он справится с этими проблемами.

Исследование Gallup проводилось по телефону с 7 по 11 декабря 2016 года, нем участвовали 1028 человек, проживающих в США.
