Очільник Міністерства інфраструктури Володимир Омелян вважає, що надбавка до заробітної плати у розмірі 900% для керівника Державного агентства автомобільних доріг України Славоміра Новака слугує антикорупційним запобіжником, інформує Економічна правда.
Омелян зазначив, що «для того, щоб мати нормального фахівця йому треба забезпечити ринкову зарплату, яка слугуватиме запобіжником, аби людина думала про роботу, а не ліві доходи». Щоправда Омелян зауважив, що з колишнім керівником «Укрзалізниці» Войцехом Балчуном «висока заробітна плата не спрацювала, однак він має сподівання, що в майбутньому розслідування цього приводу завершаться гучними судовими справами». Крім того, Омелян вважає, що Новак є гідним фахівцем, який отримує низьку зарплату порівняно з тими обсягами відповідальності, яку він має. Однак точну суму зарплати Новака Омелян не озвучив.
Варто нагадати, раніше в ЗМІ з’явилася інформація, що Мінінфраструктури ухвалило рішення встановити надбавку в. о. голови "Укравтодору" Славоміру Новаку за роботу в січні-лютому 2017 року в розмірі 900 %.
