Офис Уполномоченного ВР по правам человека обратился в правоохранительные органы с требованием пресечь незаконное распространение персональных данных граждан Украины на скандальном сайте Антона Геращенко "Миротворец".

О таких действиях Офиса сообщил в ответе на запрос "Українських Новин" представитель Уполномоченного - начальник Управления по вопросам защиты персональных данных Маркиян Бем.

"В соответствии со статьей 23 Закона Украины "О защите персональных данных" в Министерство внутренних дел и Службу безопасности Украины направлены письма с требованием установить лиц, причастных к незаконному хранению, использованию и распространению на сайте "Миротворец" персональных данных граждан Украины, привлечь их к уголовной ответственности, а также предпринять меры для блокирования доступа пользователей на территории Украины к этому интернет-ресурсу", - говорится в ответе.
