Около 80% кандидатов идут на местные выборы без конкретных программ, а ихм избирательные кампании являются бессодержательными.

Об этом сегодня во время пресс-конференции сказал генеральный директор Комитета избирателей Украины Алексей Кошель, пишет УНИАН,

«Мы наблюдаем бессодержательность избирательной кампании. Она идет в формате общенациональной. Лозунги не соответствуют местной проблематике. Мы выбираем депутатов и городских голов, а нам предлагают контрактную армию, уменьшение тарифов, что не относится к компетенции местной власти. По нашей оценке, сегодня, около 80% кандидатов идут на выборы без программ... Избирателям предлагают программы, которые можно назвать программами проедания. То есть, волна популизма на местном уровне имеет место, в том числе и в программах кандидатов», - сказал он.
