Бюро з демократичних інститутів і прав людини Організації з безпеки й співробітництва в Європі (БДІПЛ ОБСЄ) позитивно оцінює проведення другого туру місцевих виборів в Україні 15 листопада, заявляє голова місії БДІПЛ ОБСЄ за спостереженням за місцевими виборами Каетана де Зулуета.

«Щодо виборів 25 жовтня ми змогли зробити позитивну оцінку, можемо зробити позитивну оцінку також щодо проведення вчорашніх виборів», – сказала вона.

За її словами, вибори були добре організовані.

У неділю, 15 листопада, в Україні відбувся другий тур місцевих виборів з голосування щодо виборів міських голів Києва та ще 28 міст України (у 18 обласних центрах і 10 містах обласного значення). За даними громадянської мережі «Опора», загальнонаціональна явка виборців склала 34%, під час голосування 25 жовтня явка була вищою на 12,6% і склала 46,6%.
