Главари террористической организации "ЛНР" начали выдавать детям, рожденным на подконтрольной им территории Луганской области, свидетельства о рождении "граждан" "ЛНР", сообщает "Обозреватель".

На размещенном в сети видео зафиксирована выдача таких свидетельств родителям двух новорожденных - мальчика Александра и девочки Марии, которые родились в городе Луганске.

Родителям было также передано материальное вознаграждение, сумма которого не указывается.

Главари и пособники "ЛНР" не уточнили, имеют ли право родители этих детей также получать помощь при рождении ребенка от украинского государства, однако отметим, если ребенок не будет зарегистрирован как гражданин Украины, то в правовом поле государства его просто не будет существовать.
