За першу сесію своєї роботи Верховна Рада України VIII скликання ухвалила 36 законів, 7 з яких (тобто 19,4%) були ініційовані та розроблені (особисто або у співавторстві з колегами інших фракцій) депутатами фракції Радикальної партії. Це найвищий показник серед фракцій у ВРУ. Варто зазначити, що у фракції Олега Ляшка лише один народний депутат має відповідний досвід — він сам. Інші у парламенті вперше,пише Gazeta.ua

Друге місце за коефіцієнтом ефективності посіла "Батьківщина", третє поділили між собою "Блок Петра Порошенка" і "Народний Фронт"."Опозиційний блок" зміг похвалитися лише одним законопроектом, прийнятим за його ініціативи.

Усього в період з 27 листопада 2014 року по 16 січня 2015 року у парламенті було зареєстровано 1181 законопроект. Кожен з депутатів в середньому розробив 2,79 законопроекти.
Нагадаємо, що радикали запам'яталися поверненням жінкам права на дострокову пенсію, забороною виганяти валютних позичальників із купленого житла, відстоюванням пільг для героїв "Небесної сотні", позбавленням керівних посад тих, хто голосував за закони "16 січня", боротьбою за Охматдит та проти олігархів.
