Надія Савченко стала повноправним членом ПАРЄ.Про це у Фейсбуці повідомив нардеп Володимир Ар'єв, який очолює українську делегацію на сесії ПАРЄ.

"Надя Савченко щойно стала повноправним членом ПАРЄ. Президент Асамблеї поставила вимогу негайного звільнення, відповідно до дипімунитету.",- написав Ар'єв

"Сьогодні відбулося засідання Бюро ПАРЄ (керівного комітету). Зокрема, ми вивчили і обговорили те питання, що Надія Савченко не змогла прибути до Страсбургу", - повідомила президент ПАРЄ Анн Брассер

"Правила ПАРЄ стверджують, що на членів асамблеї поширюється імунітет. Всі ми маємо не лише недоторканість на період сесії (у Страсбурзі), але також повинні мати імунітет, необхідний для відвідання сесії. Тобто країна (Росія) має знати всі обмеження для поїздки депутата на засідання", - пояснила Брассер.

"Тож якщо однин з депутаті перебуває за гратами, він має бути звільнений владою, яка його утримає", - уточнила вона.

Анн Брассер додала, що формально таке рішення ще не ухвалене, його має ухвалити регламентний комітет, в який спрямована пропозиція Бюро, однак президент ПАРЄ не має сумнівів, що необхідне рішення буде ухвалене.

"Ми сказали нашим російським колегам, що вони мають звільнити Савченко, якщо вони хочуть діяти у відповідності з нашими правилами (Ради Європи)", - наголосила Брассер.
