Национальный совет по телевидению и радиовещанию принял решение обратится в суд об аннулировании цифровых лицензий пяти юридических лиц, вещающих под логотипом телеканала «112 Украина».

Как уточняется, такое решение регулятор принял на заседании в четверг, сообщает capital.ua

Речь идет о компаниях «ТВ-Выбор», «Партнер-ТВ», «Новый формат», «Ариадна-ТВ» и «Лидер-ТВ».

Кроме того, регулятор обратится в суд с просьбой о взыскании штрафа с вышеперечисленных юрлиц.

По словам главы регулятора Юрия Артеменко телеканал неоднократно получал предписание о приведении деятельности телеканала в соответствии с действующими лицензиями, однако на данный момент решения регулятора так и не были исполнены. В частности, в конкурсе на цифровое вещание юрлица получили лицензии на региональное вещание, однако на данный момент формат вещания канала является общенациональным.

Артеменко отметил, что накануне Окружной административный суд Киева отклонил иск телеканала, который просил переоформить цифровые лицензии, чем, по словам главы Нацсовета, подтвердил правильность действий регуляторного органа.

В то же время Артеменко отметил, что со спутниковой лицензией у 112 канала проблем нет.
