Нацсовет по вопросам телевидения и радиовещания на заседании 22 января принял решение не продлевать срок действия лицензии радиостанции Ретро-ФМ (ООО "ТРК "НБМ-Радио"")

Эта радиостанция входит в Радиогруппу УМХ принадлежащую разыскиваемому бизнесмену Сергею Курченко,пишет ZN.ua

Радиостанция владеет 38 частотами в 15 областях Украины. Срок действия лицензии радиостанции (7 лет) истекает 16 февраля

Членов Нацсовета заинтересовал вопрос о том, как "Ретро-ФМ" оплатит лицензионный сбор - 2,06  млн  грн. Глава Нацсовета Юрий Артменко поинтересовался, кто владелец радиостанции и где компания планирует брать средства. Не получив ответа, Артеменко заявил, что пока время до истечения лицензии еще есть, Нацсовет будет обращаться к правоохранительным органам с просьбой определить, кто владельцы радиостанции, как она финансируется и "как туда деньги завозятся".

Нацсовет решил перенести рассмотрение вопроса на 12 февраля. За данное решение проголосовали шесть из семи членов Нацсовета. Заместитель председателя Нацсовета Григорий Шверк не голосовал.

Представитель радиостанции заверил, что результаты последней плановой проверки не выявили нарушений, а потому у Нацсовета нет оснований отказать радиостанции в продлении. 

Ранее проблемы с Нацсоветом возникли у другой радиостанции УМХ - "Супер радио". В августе 2014-го радиостанция прошла проверку из-за несоответствия программной концепции условиям лицензии и нарушение рекламной квоты. Однако результаты ее проведения Нацсовет пока не рассмотрел.
