Суд визнав недійсним бюлетень зі словом "х**", який вплинув на результати виборів сільського голови на Івано-Франківщині.

Про це повідомляє Еспресо.TV з посиланням на прес-службу політичної партії "Воля".

"Рогатинський районний суд визнав протиправним рішення Кліщівнянської сільської територіальної виборчої комісії Рогатинського району Івано-Франківської області та зобов'язав її провести повторний підрахунок голосів", - йдеться у повідомленні.

З відповідним позовом до суду звернувся кандидат на посаду сільського голови села Кліщівна від партії "Воля" Василь Кривень.

Він переконаний, що ТВК неправомірно зарахувала один бюлетень на користь його суперника Михайла Ворони.

Суд визнав недійсним виборчий бюлетень, в якому не було зроблено жодної позначки в квадраті проти прізвища жодного з кандидатів, окрім слова, написаного у правій частині бюлетеня в місці розміщення інформації про одного з кандидатів.

Відмітка "х**" напроти прізвища кандидата дозволила виграти вибори у селі Кліщівна Рогатинського району Івано-Франківської області.

За результатами підрахунку голосів двоє кандидатів Василь Кривень від партії "Воля" та самовисуванець Михайло Ворона набрали по 117 голосів виборців.

"Перед запаковуванням бюлетенів у конверти голова ДВК запропонувала комісії зарахувати один із зіпсованих нецензурної лайкою бюлетенів на користь свого свата - Михайла Ворони, який є чинним сільським головою", - зазначили у прес-службі "Волі".
